The Rays are proud to offer local non-profit organizations different ways to generate awareness for their organization and cause as well as provide opportunities to raise funds. For more information please visit www.raysbaseball.com/community.

Community Fund Grant Program:
Non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area may submit a grant application to the Rays Baseball Foundation during one of the two grant cycles scheduled for 2013. Grants of up to $5,000 are awarded through this program.

Group Sales Fundraiser:
The group sales fundraising program allows non-profit organizations the opportunity to sell group tickets to generate funds for their programs. In-kind Donations:
The Rays are pleased to provide an in-kind donation item for non-profit organizations holding a fundraising event that will include a silent auction or raffle.

Concession Stand Program:
The official concessionaire of Tropicana Field, Centerplate, operates a program for non-profit organizations to volunteer during the season at concession stands to raise money for their community projects. For more information, please call 727-825-3384.

Community Corner:
The Rays Community Corner helps local non-profit organizations raise awareness for their causes. Throughout the season, Rays Community Corner is host to a variety of local groups who are given the opportunity to share their mission with dedicated Rays fans.

Rays Street Team:
The Rays Street Team has been out all across the State of Florida, bringing the experience here at Tropicana Field out to fans. The street team has interactive hitting and pitching games that are fun for people of all ages. They also carry around lots of neat Rays prizes and giveaways. There is no cost associated with having the Rays Street Team out at your event. To inquire about the street team's availability for an event, you may call 727-825-3471. Events are schedule on a first come, first served basis.

Scoreboard Messages:
Purchase a scoreboard message at an upcoming Rays game to commemorate your next special occasion! Please note, a limited number of messages will be displayed each game and are accommodated on a first come, first serve basis. All proceeds benefit the Rays Baseball Foundation.

Mascot Appearances:
Raymond makes appearances at all occasions, including:

• Birthdays
• Bar/Bat Mitzvahs
• School Socials
• Church Gatherings
• Parades
• Holiday Deliveries
• Corporate Meetings
• Grand Openings
• Sporting Events
• Charitable Functions

Because of his popularity, it is suggested that applicants submit requests at least four weeks prior to the event, allowing at least three weeks for the approval process. All requests are subject to availability, and blackout dates apply. Appearance fees range from $150-$250 an hour. Registered non-profit 501©3 charities are eligible for complimentary Raymond appearances, depending on the schedule. Raymond is not available on home game days.
