Rays Women in Baseball

Rays Women in Baseball began in 2010 and was designed to provide Rays female professionals with an opportunity to further advance their careers through leadership training and skill building programs. RWIB programming is created with input from all of its participants and currently meets on a quarterly basis. Additionally, the group participates in an annual volunteer event. In 2012, the group participated in an all-female build for Habitat for Humanity.
